Synflex 550mg contains naproxen sodium that is commonly used as NSAID (a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug) to get relieved from pain. It is used to get relieved in the following conditions
- Headache
- Muscular pain
- Inflammation of tendon
- Inflammation of joints also known as arthritis
- Pain in teeth (dental pain)
- Pain during menstruation
Side Effects and Uses in Pregnancy
Synflex may cause nausea, vomiting, pain in the stomach, pain in ear and drowsiness.
Synflex or Naproxen is not at all used in pregnancy in 3rd trimester because it can cause congenital heart problems in the infant.
